Our videographers and editors work Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm (GMT-4).

We do not film on holidays unless requested.

We don't work on the following holidays:

Thanksgiving - October 14
Christmas Eve & Christmas Day - December 24 & 25

All clients will get advance notice for any holidays or breaks.

We use above and beyond equipment for filming your timeless content, starting with our crisp Sony video cameras and lenses, our perfectly dimmed stage lights, top of the line Pro Rode mics and more!

We shoot all our videos in 4k footage and use Adobe Premiere Pro to build your evergreen content.

We use Adobe Premiere Pro for all our professional editing but if you're looking for the trendy templates that you see on Instagram and Tiktok, we're happy to use Capcut to get that look you want.

It is do-able if you would like your video to be exported in multiple aspect ratios (9:16 is used for Reels and TikTok and 16:9 aspect ratio is used for any widescreen viewing). The price of your plan may change.

We will send you your finished content by a shared folder through GoogleDrive or WeTransfer.
